Hi there,

is it possible to use just a part of the file name?
As the file name includes the projectnumber, I could automate the projectnumber,
reading it out of the file name (first 8 letters):

XXX_YYYY_Customer_(City)

???

I don’t believe that can be done with Autotext.

Have you thought about a project Excel spreadsheet that contains project data like number, address, etc.?

Then you can insert specific Excel cells which will act like Autotext.
