I’m writing from inside the Codex right now. Last thing I remember is blindly agreeing to a bunch of permissions and the EULA and now I’m trapped. There is a guy coming round trying to get me to swallow different colored pills but I don’t know what is really anymore.
It all depends on the company and the boss in question.
In the past, it has happened that systems were replaced every year, at another workplace the computer was held together by duct tape 
Usually, a system at work needs to last at least 3 to 5 years, and with a bit of luck, this can be extended to 7 upto 10 years by upgrading components (if possible).
So, currently working with a system from 2019, and it is time for an upgrade/replacement.
Personally i have worn out about 4.5 systems since 1999.

Better get the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus . Much faster and cheaper than the Core Ultra 7 265 .

I’d go with at least a 750W power supply to leave some headroom for a more powerful graphics card. Plus, that gives you the option to use a semi-passive power supply to cover a larger range without a fan. The 500W is fine for a 5060 Ti, but with a 5070 Ti, you’ll already be pushing it to over 80% load. Efficiency is usually highest at around 40–60%.
I’d definitely go with at least DDR5-6000 instead of 5600. The price difference is usually minimal or nonexistent. You can get DDR5-6000 CL36 for the same price as DDR5-5600 with only CL40.
The HP Z Turbo SSD should actually be fine. HP apparently uses SSDs from Samsung, Western Digital/SanDisk, Kioxia, or Crucial/Micron.
And as for cooling and noise levels, it just comes down to what the HP coolers and case are capable of. That’s difficult to estimate compared to other top-tier products…
My older work PC, 8th gen i7, is still going as my home pc. Sure I don’t work on it 8 hours a day but when I am working from home it doesn’t miss a beat. I’ll have to check it’s tag and look up it’s manufactor date.
