Where is a manual for the commands?

WHERE IS A MANUAL FOR THE COMMANDS?
IS there any help menu or manual?
a guide? enything to find a command/

DON’T SHOUT!

You can find the guides here: SketchUp | SketchUp Help

There is even a built-in search for finding commands: ShiftS

There is no manual for commands for the version of SketchUp you are using with the operating system and graphics card you have.

You can just make up any commands like you did the SketchUp version, operating system, and graphics card.

@MikeWayzovski has a much better answer below.

SketchUp is not ‘command based’, like most other cad programs.
(That’s why ‘Escape’ brings you back to the first state of the active tool, instead of bringing you in an ‘ready for other commands’ state)
The tools can be activated by shortcuts, though.
These can be found on the download page and are called ‘quick reference guides’ or in the help pages:

Another way is to show the instructor panel (on Mac, [menu] Window > Instructor or clicking on the question mark in the bottom left statusbar, on Windows by checking ‘Instructor’ in [menu] Window > Default tray)

These provide gif animated instructions as well as links to the help pages of the tool that is currently active.
