Without knowing Ruby you won’t know what you need to know about Ruby.
Learning Ruby is completely different from asking “someone” questions until the “someone” give a more or less adequate code. However, it can be considered as that is all you needed to know.

Ah yes, but in Chat GPT you can carry on a coherent conversation and it with give reasonably good answers in a dialog with questions and follow up questions like as if it is a teacher:

“Tell me a process for doing such and such?”
“Where can I find its syntax?”
“What Should I study first in order to do such and such?”
“Where can I find a tutorial about such and such?”
“Your explanation did not work when I got to the 4th step and this is what resulted …”
