Hi All,
I am a novice 2017 Pro user, and cannot get past this hurdle; the polar north extension, that I hope will help with a more realistic shadow effect, shows up as blocked in the extension manager. Can anyone help?
(1) It is still unsigned. Do you have your extension Load Policy set to “Restricted” ?
(2) It is a Pro only extension. Has your trial run out ?
