Following discussions on resetting default keyboard shortcuts, concensus seems to be to close SU, trash Shortcut.plist and restart SU, unable to locate a .plist file named shortcut?
It is located here:
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp/
Note that in Safari you can select that path in the browser (be sure to select the whole thing), right-click and choose Services->Show in Finder to open the folder. The file is Shortcuts.plist
