Whenever I open sketchup I can see “recovered” models with the red banner on them but whenever I try to open ANY recovered model it opens a brand new model that is completely blank.
Have you tried zoom extents tool? Shift+Z

I’m having the same problem. Can’t find the model I worked on today. Only have “recovered” files from over a month ago.
