SketchUp for Schools doesn't offer 2023 Windows software account?

I was looking to see if I could activate a software license with Sketchup for Schools
I’m able to login the web version but when I go into the SU 2023 software it says I only have 1 month trial

Is this right? No Windows software for School? Only web version?

SkethUp for Schools is a web based service that is provided at no charge.

There are also several educational versions of SketchUp for Windows/Mac which are available for students / educational institutions to purchase.
