There was a blog just for developers that is still up:

There have been no posts for 3 years !
But I notice there now is a “Developer” filter built into the new blog on the SketchUp domain at:
http://blog.sketchup.com/developer
However the old blog posts have not been migrated!
Please migrate the old posts before taking down the old blogger ones.
