I installed sketch up trail version successfully but when i open it shows upgrade to open gl 4.0 , my graphic intel hd r, when i upgrade from window update it shows its upto date, please someone help me already 3days gone.
Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2022 and Windows 7. Windows 7 is not supported by that version. Try upgrading your OS to Windows 10 or 11.
I tried sketchup2020 version it also shows open gl 2.0 error
Windows 7 isn’t supported by sketchup anymore, you have to either upgrade your OS, or an older SU version, I don’t know what was the latest SU that worked on windows 7, also I’m not sure if you can get an older version from sketchup on their website.
