Sefaira energy analysis issue

I noticed that when I set the location to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the energy analysis works well with all baselines except ASHRAE 90.1-2013. The arrow keeps rotating for a long time without showing any result. The same issue happens when I try to upload the project to Sefaira Web app if the baseline is ASHRAE 90.1-2013.

I used the Sefaira Sample SKP Model found in this link to test the tool:
