Hi people. Just a quick question. Can I create an orthographic drawing from a 3d model using the free web version? Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn’t find any.
Open the views tray from the right side toolbar (looks like an old movie clap-board). In the left-hand stripe of the views tray you can select parallel projection (looks like an isometric view of a cube). There are buttons for standard view directions in the adjacent part of the tray.
Sorry, I should have been clearer. What I meant is how do you create a projection with top, front and side views together at the same time?
copy the model 3 times and rote each one 90 degrees, and then use the parallel view as mentioned above.
As @whiterabbitdesigncompany says, but to be more specific, make a component of the whole model before you rotate copies. That way if you go back and edit it, the copies will update.
