Any way to get the new “Snaps” to show up in the DC Attributes dialog? I need a snap to stay at the end of a DC when it’s length is changed. Right now it just stays where it is originally placed. I tried embedding it in a nested component, but it doesn’t show when you activate the move tool. Thanks in advance.
Not currently, no. A work around would be to put the snap at the left end of things (assuming that your DC functions make the object become wider towards the right).
Thanks for the reply, That won’t work for me as the component’s snap point needs to be on both ends and in the center. Any plans to include this functionality in the future?
I feel sure it is something we want to do, and Dynamic Components were specifically a good use case.
We will have to wait and see.
