2nd year of renewal fiasco. I get no notice, as original email is defunct. Renewed with $60 reinstatement last year. They took my payment, and sent receipt to new email, but I am told the only way to change this is with an email from that account. Um- yeah, but please read sentence #2 again.
So - year 2 of delinquent renewal, refusal to update my account in order to avoid this in the future, and a $60 spanking for not fitting within the perfect cookie cutter layout that fits Sketchup accounting’s vision.
How do real people navigate this, or am I the only person on the planet to change email address?
Frustrated to death.
