Living space area is often fundamental in the legal document that constitutes a rental or purchase contract. Area in this regard is not equal to floor area. In scort terms the living space aria is calculated from the surrounding wall inner surface. Inner walls, clumns, chimneys and shafts are incluted up to 150 mm depth.
This area is best traced from the model plan view. And a scaled surface in LayOut would be perfekt. The only thing missing is a area auto text that kan read the surface in LayOut.
I know this feature has been requested a few times before but I have to bring it up again. I think it is a natural part of the LauOut workflow.
