I’ve happened across a couple of the live Sketchup events on You Tube.
They are enjoyable and worthwhile.

Is there someplace that these events are listed in advance? Do they occur on a regular basis?

Any particular time?

Events are generally announced here under happenings. If you click on the links at the bottom for the platform of your choice the time and date of the live stream is listed there.

We usually post info on the sessions as well as links to the stream each week on the forum. Additionally, if you subscribe and hit the little bell icon, YouTube will notify you when we go live. Live sessions are usually 12 noon, Mountain time on Fridays
