I don’t think so, designing is a more complex process, it’s not an exact science that can be done just by following some steps all the time, the human is one of the most important factors when it comes to design, probably an AI could be able to make some designs in the future, but it will still need a human who really understands the needs and problems of the project to find the best possible solution, that also fulfills the desire of the client. A machine, for now, can’t do that kind of human analysis.
