Layout:Document #open class_method raises wrong error

1. SketchUp Version: 2020 (I can't test it in the latest version for obvious rea…sons... you will see why ;-) ) 2. OS Platform: Windows Originally discovered on MAC (but can't prove it myself) https://forums.sketchup.com/t/layout-api-hello-world/127076/11 on windows https://forums.sketchup.com/t/layout-api-hello-world/127076/19 The [Layout::Document.open](https://ruby.sketchup.com/Layout/Document.html#open-class_method) method raises an `Error: #<ArgumentError: File does not exist>` even the file does exist, but file is newer version than the current version of SU. That was it! I’m using 2022 Layout because it is awesome but was waiting for some bugs in 2022 Sketchup to be flushed out!
