i have a new computer and am trying to reinstall the extensions that I use. There was a short procedure for 2016 that is different than 2017 and later versions. Can someone send me the procedure or a link to it?

That’s a long time ago but… You should be able to download the extensions from the Extension Warehouse or from Sketchucation using your browser. Then in Preferences>Extensions click Install Extension… Navigate to where you saved the extension select it and proceed. Rinse and repeat for the other extensions.
That works and is exactly what I was looking for.
