Install Open Studio 1.14 plugin in Sketchup 2017?

I am attempting to use Open Studio 1.14 with Sketchup 2017. How can I install an Open Studio plugin extension into this version of Sketchup?

Did you follow directions on the OpenStudio site? Install legacy SU plugin first then OpenStudio suite 1.14.
