I can't find my product I purchased with annual subscription

I had a problem because it did not allow me to enter today to the 3d modeling application because it told me that I had exceeded the number of devices with that account, which was strange because I only have it on 1 computer, so I got to user administrator and remove the products to try to enter again and would not let me by the same message then I added a new email and put the product there but I no longer appears my annual subscription with a post to the application in any of the two emails, anyone know what I can do?
