I can't create a New project in Sefaira

You need to be signed in to be able to submit a ticket. If you’re accessing via a student license you may not be able to submit a ticket.

You try creating the new Project from the Sefaira Web App again.

Mine is working now. I believe SketchUp Sefaira team have fixed the issue.

Yes, mine is working as well. It now presents me with the choice of which profile to log into. My email or the one that my software provider is listed. That fixed the issue.
