There is no “Ruby” to add to the Window “drop down”. What makes you think there should be such a thing? What exactly are you looking for?
The Ruby CONSOLE. It’s been in Extensions>Developer Tools for several versions. Third menu item. Fourth item in the list if you have the Extension Migrator.
Where did you copy that from? It’s old.

I think it’s not the first time someone comes here to ask us why things don’t work like AI tells they do.
I’ve done multiple searches recently to find out where a setting has gone in the latest iOS or macOS, and a shockingly large fraction of them lead to obsolete results, even when I specify the version in the query. This is the latest version of GIGO (garbage in, garbage out).
