How to manage multiple scenes

Is there a way to group scenes similar to what one would do with folders with multiple files within?

Not natively although there are some scene manager extensions. Look in the Extension Warehouse.

What about the scenes do you want to manage?

Expandable Scene Folders that work the same way Tag Folders do would be very handy, but until then, I create blank place-holder scenes with hyphens to more easily spot my category groups.

Example Scene Names:

… and so on.

Under the hyphenated place-holder scenes, I disable all options.

Try Curic Screen Manager: https://curic.gumroad.com/l/curic_scene_manager?layout=profile

We use this in our office and aside from the scene management it has additional features like copy/paste scene properties.

Thanks DaveR,

My hope was that instead of scrolling along the top of the screen to arrive at the scene, or on the menu bar to the right, that there would be the opportunity to have folders that would group individual scenes. Similar to folders that would keep individual files such as word documents related to a specific project.

Will look through the extensions as you suggest,
Thanks, George

Thanks Chris,
This seems like a good idea. Either from the tabs above the screen or the menu to the right, these all take scrolling, which, with a larger set of construction documents becomes quite tedious.
Appreciate your suggestion here very much,
George

Thank You!
This is definitely better than what I am working with now. Will look into this to see how I can implement it.
