Which dialog box? The measurements window? By default that should be in the bottom right corner of the SketchUp screen. I just moved it up into the model space so it would show in the GIF…
At least show a screenshot of what you are seeing.
Just a prompt to resize AFTER I’ve entered my value. No second box with number of segments nor lengths. No dimension window like you show
That’s all you should see. As I wrote, I just moved the Measurements window up into the model space so it would show in my GIF without making the GIF huge. The Measurements window should normally be visible in the lower right corner of the SletchUp window. Make sure the bottom of the SletchUp window isn’t dropping below the bottom of the display.
