In SketchUp 2020 the word Layers has been replaced by Tags. Read the Release Notes to see what else is new in SketchUp 2020.
Your profile indicates you are using SketchUp 2020 Make which does not exist. Please update your profile and include the operating system version and model of your graphics card.
