the shift key still does not work. as soon as it opens i have the bugsplat message. what ever answer i get, the app quit unexpededly right after.
i’m clueless. i went to librairy and the file is not there.
To get to the folder I was showing you would go to Finder, the Go menu, and paste this into the Go to Folder… dialog:
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2021/SketchUp/working/SKETCHUP/RecoveredFiles

may be it is combo cleaner, i hev erase a lot of things with it. thinking that was the problem.

i put everything in the trash and i empty the trash… i’m really annoyed now.
what i do not understand is, layout and style are working fine.
what’s wrong with this 2021 version.

Other users aren’t reporting the same issue that you are. So what’s different in your case? What version of Mac OS are you using? what is the graphics card?
