Google Sheets Direct Link into Layout

There were a few similar topics from a few years back but I’d like to state my case for this.

We have several people working within a single google sheet for equipment schedules. It would be nice, first, if Layout could import google sheet directly as it now does excel, and secondly, if it could treat the google sheet similarly to how a Sketchup model is referenced so that when the spreadsheet changes, it can be updated directly into layout, and then plotted.

I’d like this too! Untill then we are using Google sheets saved as .xlsx file but spredsheets do not always import correctly (missing sheets) as described here Importing Excel table problems - #3
