I’ve quite successfully deciphered the Analytics CSV file extension developers can export, and set up some simple graphs from it. There are a couple of oddities, like some extensions from before the migration missing, downloads of free extensions only existing since after the migration, and install dates being up the walls wrong before the migration.
I still haven’t checked if the sales info for the remaining extensions has been migrated successfully, but I hope someone can find this useful.
I think you can all copy this document and fill in your own data to the copy.
Two things are wrong: The Trimble Identity page has 4 buttons on the left.
the first controls download order by date. This is not working at all
the third “analytics” allows you to download.
Here are the first 10 rows of my license download with emails deleted. and manually sorted by date. It shows no sales between 8/2/18 and 12/16/19. But I sold hundreds on 8/21/18???
Prior to the migration all instances of the same extension are collapsed to a single date. I’ve reported it and hope someone will be working on it after the holidays. I’ve even suggesting they can set it to an obviously wrong date like Unix epoch instead of a date that could be mistaken for a correct one, if they can’t restore the correct data.
