I am unable to open the file and have attempted some troubleshooting ideas that I found on other forums but no luck. The file is large and has been saved to a flashdrive, I am a student still and my knowledge of the software and of technology in general is still evolving. I think you tried to upload your file for us to check? You can’t do that by just typing the file path, you have to either use the upload icon in the reply edit window (
) or drag and drop into the edit window.
