"Display" submenu (panel) is partially missing

Working in SU Web (Go) and suddenly the “Display” option of the right-hand menu only shows me an abbreviated menu (see linked screenshot). I discovered this trying to delete guides, something normally done in this menu. I am NOT working with a Component, at least not that I am aware.

A couple cycles of SU Web shutdown and restart have not solved the problem, and I am able to select and unselect objects/entities as normal.

Any idea what happened, and how to fix it?

What are you expecting to see in the panel that you don’t?

just fixed that and reposted

Edited my post because of that.

Erase selected objects, Hide selected objects, Delete all guides, other choices as well

Context menu:

Outliner:
hide

Delete guides: Search bar. I set up a keyboard shortcut.

Check your Outliner panel as well, I think you’ll find most of what you’re looking for there.

The View settings existed in two places in SketchUp for Web with a subscription: Styles panel and the Display panel. With a new release of SketchUp for Web, the settings have been consolidated to just the Styles > Edit > Model Settings > View panel. The Free version still has the View settings in the Display panel because editing Styles is only available with a subscription.

Interesting. The work-around seems to do the job. Was this change to SU Web Go made just in the past hour or so?

Indeed it was . Though it wasn’t necessarily related, there was a big release today across the SketchUp-verse. SketchUp for Desktop 2025 launched and SketchUp for iPad (7.0) released today as well. SketchUp for Web released a new version to support some of those changes (eg. a new update to Add Location and Live Components), plus a handful of bug fixes and such.
