Countersunk hole

Hello,

i know it is easy to draw a countersunk hole. But this one here I do not manage:

With this open end I do not see how to solveit. I tried making the hole first and drawing the opening after and viceverase. But no success. Also using a bullet to intesect did not help.

I attach my model and hope somebody has a hint.

I will not tell you over how many problems I stumbeled while doing it. After one year since the start of use (sporadic) I am still learning a lot
