My renders come out really cartoonish. How to I achieve more realism? They also save as a PNG to have rubbish quality. I am exporting on ‘High’, Denoiser ‘Auto’
All of my materials/ furniture comes from the chaos browser.

What rendering application are you using?
Usually buildings do have roofs etc., so looking at the model like in your render will always convey a sort of doll’s house effect.
Fur for the grass.
Add some trees to break up the light and cast some shadows.
Use light gen to create options for ‘golden hour’ light.
Find better pillows, a blanket, some other stuff to make it look lived in. Maybe some other stuff - art on walls, lights, other furniture, books, etc.
Look online for some photos that inspire you - then try to emulate those photos.
There are some really good threads on this forum already. It’s not an easy ‘one size fits all’ answer with V-Ray. V-Ray is like a blank canvas and some paint and brushes and if you’re new to painting, I wouldn’t expect to get a Da Vinci-level of quality right out of the box.
