I start by a point that is on my face but it isn’t working, why ?

I try to restrict :

It seems like the line go inside.

I think you need to use some parallel edge as reference.
Try sharing the .skp and we’ll see what we can do.
Add some labels for the lines you cannot draw as you want.

The symptoms suggest that the face is close but not quite parallel to an axis, and the inference engine is trying to draw the edge along that axis. If you hover the cursor over the face for a bit you should see a tooltip saying “On Face” (or the equivalent in your language). That will help the inference engine to understand that you want the other end of the edge to stay on the face instead of going parallel to the axis. That does raise the question, though: did you mean for that face to be slightly askew?

[/quote]… @PurParisien, then press and hold down [Shift] to keep the cursor locked ’ On Face’ while moving it to the desired location.
As @slbaumgartner mentioned, the face is slightly ‘off axis’, thereby confusing SketchUp’s inferencing engine.
