Mac OS, Sierra 10.12.6.
Macbook Pro 2017. 2.9ghz, 16gb ram
Radeon Pro 560 with 4mb vram.

Multiple page layout document referencing a 97mb sketchup pro 2017 file. Whenever I switch between pages, the app goes into “Not Responding” when looking at running apps. Then when I try to print a single page from within the document, selecting a certain page causes the app to do the same thing.

Each process take 3 to 7 minutes. I then print to PDF which is very quick. It’s just all the selection processes that seem to jam up the computer.

Hi

I’m thinking it may be connected with how each of the viewports are setup, in terms of rendering. Do you have them set to Hybrid? I have found that this can slow things down, especially if there’s a lot of detail in some elements of the model.

Also, how is you display setup in the preferences? Is it set to High? I tend to set display to low or medium, and output to high.
