i am a retired architect. I studied also civil engineering but i only practised a couple of year as civil engineering. I have always been fascinated by models in architecture and when i discovered SKETCHUP ( scketchup 5 of 6 at the beginning…) i knew it was a “love affair”…Nick Sonders is my gourou… His drawings are just beautiful apart from been excellent architecture…After I bought a LEICA BLK360 i am using “trimble scan explorer” to modelized point clouds. Up to now it is the best plugin for me (including Scan essentials…) because i am using a bunch of other plugin witch makes easy to modelize.
