I am a retired Naval Architect having worked in naval, merchant and offshore areas. My final employment was as a Senior Lecturer in Plymouth University teaching Ship Design. I have used AutoCAD and MaxSurf for some years but am now using SU Pro to create a model of a medieval Abbey complex. Much of the Abbey was destroyed in 1539 but research has enabled the basic layout to be established. The model will used to aid visitor appreciation of the surviving buildings.
