I have an engineering background and near the end of my apprenticeship ended up in the draughting office (pen & ink in those days before computers) in Christchurch NZ Railways workshops. I became a Pastor in1979 but have for most of the time had an engineering workshop designing & creating all sorts of things esp low head water turbines to generate power for off the grid situations. I have also moved and remodelled two houses, designed & built a Church auditorium capable of seating about 675 with a very large stage for Creative Arts.
