Hi, I’m Alyce Johnson—architectural consultant, creative designer, mentor, and founder of AJ Designs & Consulting, based in Camden, New Jersey.

With years of experience in architectural design, drafting, zoning consultation, and permit processing, I’ve helped transform countless residential and commercial projects from vision to reality. My work is rooted in excellence, integrity, and the belief that creativity has the power to build more than just structures—it can build lives.

I’m also the creator of Sketch Uniquely, a blog and YouTube channel dedicated to inspiring design professionals, students, and dreamers alike. Through tutorials, SketchUp walkthroughs, creative workflows, and project insights, Sketch Uniquely is a space to not only sharpen your skills—but to reconnect with your purpose.

At the heart of it all is a mission to empower others—professionally, personally, and spiritually. I’m passionate about using my gifts to uplift communities and guide others in finding their own unique path. I also serve as a mentor with HOYE (Helping Our Youth Evolve), where I help young people grow in confidence, vision, and faith.
