I’m a retired mechanical engineer and lifelong woodworker. I’ve used many CAD programs in my profession, most recently CATIA V4 to design tooling in the aerospace industry. I love using SketchUp Pro / LayOut to develop woodworking projects, then take the plans to my (heated) workshop and build them!
