Good for you! I wish you the best. I’ll stick with SU and LO since they’ve allowed me to produce quality work, faster than my competition using those same “advanced” software options like Revit, ACAD & DataCAD.

If that’s the case then you would have to compare formZ free to SketchUp Make…
Also free and can do dimensions and create cross sections as well.
Just not allowed for commercial use…
is DataCAD still alive? .. was using it for 3d retail design documents back in 1986.
I’m pretty sure that Form Z Free CAN be used for ANY purpose including commercial. Or where you just meaning SU Free? If so, my bad.

I remember getting files from AEC firm back in the late 90’s and these files were always terrible. Maybe it was just the dwg export at the time.
