You are looking at the properties of the application executable.
And yes you are correct, the SDK d/l page lists the build numbers incorrectly (they are swapped.)
(I now remember telling them about this and several other errors, but their attempts to fix them was only partially completed.)

It is really sad that Trimble personnell, even if notified by you, does not correct such errors. Because such errors contribute to confuse users (even Sages, I’ve seen!).

thanks for the pointer to the technical explanation. Indeed passing std::string across DLLs is a poor choice.
I agree. Especially when the target audience are engineers using the products to create documentation, and their own documentation for the products is faulty.
