Settings:
Create a .dat file with Window > Preferences > Shortcuts > Export…
Save it to a thumbdrive so you can import it on the new computer.
There is currently no way (built-into SketchUp) to export and copy the GUI windows interface setup.
It might be best to reinstall the plugins on the new computer.
