Can't Orbit my Model

I am using Sketchup Make 2017 and through Windows 10 64 bit O.S.
I now find that I can’t orbit around my model. I haven’t had this problem before and it suddenly started. I have tried changing from Pan to Orbit on several models but without success.

Super slow response on Windows 10

Hi, Please excuse my ignorance. I’m not computer savvy. I’m using Windows 10 with a very recent update to Sketch Up Pro 2016, and suddenly, I can no longer create selection windows, and every task/ process takes forever. This slow-down in since the upgrade to a paid Sketch Up Pro 2016. I need step-by-step guidance please on how to improve speed. I confirmed I am using the most recent version of Sketchup Pro. Thank you so much!

Thanks for your response. I wondered about that too. To be honest I don’t know what happened but I left it overnight and tried again this morning without a problem.
Fairies…maybe ! It’s as if the program had jammed in the pan mode and no matter what I tried including closing the file and opening other files, then reopening the same file it still wouldn’t work on either of the files.
