Animation problem

Can anyone tell me how i save a scene without sections planes showing. I have 11 scenes which does not show section planes, When i add another scene with a new style sections planes show on animation. Tried turning them off and updating scene but they still show. Thanks for any help.

Section cuts not showing up in scenes in sketch up

The Style that is saved with a Scene ultimately controls how the model is rendered in that Scene. However, the way an active model is rendered onscreen is contingent upon two factors… …the active Style and any temporary unsaved changes one may have made to that Style. When a Scene is created the only Style properties that are saved are those of the active Style. Any unsaved changes one has made to the active Style are not saved with the Scene. Consequently… Creating a Scene is not WYSIWYG…

Thanks for reply, since putting question on i have been looking at the styles and found that you can edit them for a number of different things.i was able to switch off section planes and axis so solved my problem.

Good to hear you have things sorted.
The term Style might seem a bit vague at first, but it makes perfect sense after you work with the Styles browser for a while. In it its most elemental form a model is just edges and faces. The innumerable ways the model can be rendered onscreen is Style.
