It will automatically bring up the form the first time you use the program. The following Preferences can be entered. Prefix for Layer Name: If individual layers are used then you get the option to Add Prefix to Definition Name. The program will add the entered prefix and separate it from the name with a “-”. Enter None for no prefix. Option to Change Part Name when making layer (Yes / No) Main View Scene Name. You decide the name for the Scene of the complete model. The default is Main View. Type of Shop Drawing View. Select one of the following. (OrthoView, IsoView, Ask) Offset for Drawing View. This lets you enter a dimension that is well outside your Model so the views will not pick up any of the drawing if you leave your model on Layer0. The default is 200 inches which should work for most furniture models. Option to add Layer0 Scene. Select (Yes / No). If you place your parts on individual layers the Layer0 scene can be used to quickly hide the model when editing parts. Select the scene then from the layer form turn on layers for the parts for editing. DeleteDwgScene Select and scene that is named _Dwgxx or _Asyxx and then this command will delete the scene and the layer associated with the scene. AddHiddenLayer This command will let you manually create a new layer that is hidden in all Scenes already created and all new Scenes that you or the program may create. The new layer command in the SketchUp layer manager makes new layers that are visible in all existing scenes and in any new scenes. This is very un-handy when you have a lot of scenes. There are also very good layer plugins that have more options you might try like “jf_add_layer” Help View any help documents
