Zoom Bug on IPad Air and SketchUp Go

Hello, Can’t believe it’s already a year since I reported an issue whereby I attempt to zoom in or out and the screen goes blank and my work is gone. When I try to use one of the set scenes the axis comes back but no drawing is visible. When I try using one of my created scenes all the scenes flash quickly for a few seconds and then my drawing appears. I have found through conversations with the chat group that zoom extents does work for the most part. This post went out in April of 2024.:man_shrugging:t2:

… it was tacked onto the end of a topic concerning Zoom Extents in Desktop edition, not the Web or iPad editions.

Reports of bugs or strange behavior should be posted to their own topic in the appropriate subcategory of Technical Problems (that matches the product you’re having issues in. In this case Technical Problems > SketchUp for Web )

If it is not posted (or reassign) to the correct place, it can get overlooked. Assume that those responsible for a certain product would be “watching” the appropriate forum categories for that product via the “bell menu”.

FYI: You can adjust the category for your topics by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the topic title.

No, you did not. You instead double posted (which is a no-no.)

I asked you to reassign the topic (FYI, all topics are actually in a single database in the Discourse engine. They are filtered by a category property.)

Just checked my posts, not sure why it’s posted twice but it does indicate “Sketchup for Web” as you suggested so I must not be grasping something.
