Went to test out the latest Diffusion Render extension that was updated via Extension Manager, and got this message: “Your organization has blocked access to Al Render”.
I checked the new account admin pages on Trimble, and couldn’t find any related settings. I’m the org owner, so I would have had to disable this, and don’t recall messing with any such settings.
A few services have been disrupted by AWS outages today. It may be that it affects access to Diffusion as well. Here’s a page that monitors various outages:
Thanks for the suggestions. We’re not blocking anything on our side of our internet connection.It appears to have been timed with the AWS outage, so that may have been the culprit.
