Hi there, bit of an odd one
I’m on version 17.2.2555, and I’ve tried to download items from the warehouse - however it says I need version 18. When I try to check for updates, it says I have the latest version so…
Do I have the latest version, and its the warehouse giving me the issue (in which case… er… who do I report that too?) and if its sketchup, where am I looking for the correct version?
Are you downloading the “items” through your Internet browser or are you accessing the Ware directly from SketchUp?
I was downloading them through the browser - downloading them through Sketchup seems to have solved it
It’s easier through SU directly but if you do download the browser, you can select the version in the drop down.
