I just purchased SketchUp Pro 2022 for higher education students, but I accidentally put in the wrong email (m instead of an n in my email) when ordering. I don’t have any access to that email, and I don’t know who to contact or how to fix it so I can use my account. I haven’t been able to find any way to change the email I put in and I don’t even know how I would go about doing that.

All US higher education sales go through Creative Engine (https://shop.creationengine.com). I can’t see a direct order from you with us, with either way of spelling your email address.
Although you may have started at sketchup.com, is it possible you placed the order with them?
